Our ninth annual Mighty Uke Day festival is coming to Old Town Lansing May 10 – 12, 2019 for a weekend of fun and music! As usual, MUD 9 will feature concerts, workshops, group strums, open mics, featured performers, children’s activities, informal opportunities to jam, and much more.

PERFORMERS: Over the years, the Mighty Uke Day Main Stage has featured many of the finest ukulele players in the world, including James Hill, Craig Chee, Sarah Maisel, Lil’ Rev, Gerald Ross, Danielle Ate the Sandwich, Stuart Fuchs, Victoria Vox, Victor and Penny, Kalei Gamiao, Cynthia Lin, Ukulenny, Abe Lagrimas Jr., Joel Mabus, Heidi Swedberg, and Daniel Ward. Mighty Uke Day 9 is pleased to follow in that tradition of excellence with our lineup for 2019. (More info is available at: mightyukeday.com/performers/.) All evening concerts will be held at the beautiful Dart Auditorium, just a few blocks away in Downtown Lansing,

FRIDAY night will feature headliner The Naked Waiters and opening acts Cynthia Kinnunen and Matt Dahlberg.
SATURDAY evening will showcase headliner Danielle Ate the Sandwich and openers Steven Espaniola and Abigail Stauffer.
The SUNDAY afternoon concert will be an intimate acoustic show with Danielle Ate the Sandwich and The Naked Waiters.

WORKSHOPS: We will be offering a full slate of a la carte workshops on Friday and Saturday for all levels. Some are free, others have a charge.
